Edge-to-Edge: ($.03 per square inch) The same pattern is repeated over the entire quilt, from edge to edge. If you are looking for a specific design not on the gallery page, please contact me or leave a note on your order form. I am happy to find a design that suits you!
Modified All Over Design: ($.04 per square inch)
Different design in the border than in the center of the quilt.
Custom Quilting: ($.05 - $.07 per square inch) If you have a specific vision in mind, kindly describe it within the provided form. Feel free to mention any shapes you adore or wish to avoid entirely. For instance, if you're fond of Graffiti-style quilting, please indicate that in your submission. Conversely, if you prefer to steer clear of feathers, squares, or any other motifs, do let me know. If there's a particular quilt that has caught your eye, feel free to share a picture or describe it. Alternatively, you can simply opt for 'Quilter’s Choice' and entrust me with the creative direction.
I have poly batting in stock that you may purchase ($9/yd.), or feel free to send in your own. Polyester batting is the most cost-effective choice. It offers minimal creasing, excellent washability, and beautifully highlights the quilt's texture and puffiness.
I have a preference for Glide thread due to its subtle sheen that enhances the colors of the fabric beautifully. With an extensive range of colors available, I often blend them seamlessly to achieve the desired effect. For all-over designs, a single thread color will be used across the entire quilt, while custom designs may involve multiple thread colors. You're welcome to indicate your preferred option on the form.
Trimming and binding services are available for an additional fee, just let me know what you need on the form.
Before you mail in your quilt, please mark the top of the quilt with a note in the top left corner. Make sure your backing is 8” taller and wider than the quilt top for loading on the frame. (If your top is 60×80, backing needs to be at least 68×88).
If you are using a sheet for backing, all seams need to be completely opened up or removed from the sheet.
I strongly advise enclosing the quilt top, backing, and batting within a plastic bag to safeguard them against moisture during transit. Additionally, affix your name and address securely to the bag containing the quilt. This ensures that in the unlikely event of the box being compromised during shipping, the quilt can still be identified and delivered safely.
